Transferring cscs card to safepass

Hi i am moving back to Ireland from London and i would like to know if its possible to transfer my cards to the irish equivalent. I have a level 2 nvq in formwork and tickets for a cherry picker and scissor lift. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

CSCS cards are accepted here for cherrypicker etc etc. Safepass is a different card entirely which you need to get in the gate on site.
