Can we use a foreign mobile phone number for security codes?

On 365 online banking, is it possible to give a foreign cellphone number with the country prefix to receive security codes when we add a new payee?

Yes you can add a foreign mobile number in order to receive the security code SMS. Please make sure to include the country prefix.
