    Hi,

Looking to get a rough cost on an extension in Ashbourne Co Meath.

Will be approx 15 sq/m. 3 metres x 5 metres. Current 2 standing walls, 1 meter in length each. So will be extending each wall by about 4 meters. Roof will be required for the full 3x5 metres.

    Thanks

I just had a 30sq metre extension completed in Sth Dub and the cost came to €1,850 per sq metre or €175 per sq ft, net for a builders finish (including laying the flooring that I bought).
The builder was from Ashbourne and we're very happy with the outcome. Good job, easy to work with.

PM me if you want the name.

Existing walls may need to come down and new foundations, build up constructed.

I'd say 30-35k might get you to a turn key finish.

Builder that done the extension in my signature is also Ashbourne based.
