    I think I've had one hours sleep in the past three days. I'm in too much pain to sleep. On the bright side I can only lying way Liga and it is delicious. In fact I am eating a bowl of it right now.

    My stomach can't take anything cause I'm on so much medication and the tablets hurt my throat so swallowing is an issue. I was on toast but couldn't handle and someone recommended Liga and it is brilliant. It wasn't my choice to try it out but I love it.
