    Honestly it is shocking.

    I offered to buy a friend lunch as she is supposedly bringing me to an appointment soon so instead of being appreciative she shot me down and moaned about parking (restaurant is in a hotel, so plenty of parking) and then gave me a smart-dig about my diet, even though I have a good, balanced, healthy diet, no weight, health complaints bar the cancer but apparently I need to eat healthily, and she told me this, coming from someone who eats ready-made meals 5 days out of 7 and uses prepacked frozen diced onions/garlic etc instead of fresh ingredients, really hit a nerve with.

    I'm furious.

    Its normally my approach too but I know if I say anything it would make it awkward within the group and I don't want that.

    Like instead of moaning or making digs, why not just say "sure we'll see what happens on the day etc" and leave out the diet comments. There really wasn't any need for them at all.

    She certainly does, but that won't happen, couldn't have her using common sense now could we....that's too high an expectation.

    We had snow here too, small bit, its melted now though :(

    I'm good thank you, my tumor is reducing nicely in size thank god, the fear was it would stay the same size or get bigger (as it common with my type of tumor and people my age) but thank the lord mine isn't doing that and is doing what it should do. I could cry with happiness. :o
