    Business relief is the same percent reduction as agricultural!! it is called retirement relief also. dont know why Joe doesnt correct obvious errors.

    theres also the phenomenon of grannies saving like mad to provide for the will.

    i know one woman who wants to leave the gaff to one kid and feels she needs to "provide adequately" to the others (despite the fact they all have gaffs and the kid in question doesnt)

    stems from a big bruha ha over the will when the da died which resulted in half that family not talking to the other to this day.

    people fight like fuking mad things over wills.
