Drone racing in Ireland

    I saw a drone racing competition on the TV recently.
    It was in the US.
    Looked interesting.
    Is there anything like this in Ireland.?

    Just after seeing this on tv, looks like great fun, I think there is an Irish drone championships in modello park, think the first one was just in August. Some seriously cool looking videos on YouTube too, I'm think I'm going to be hooked.
    Just need to save the penny's now.

    There are clubs around the country doing this.

    Check MACI.ie
    They have a list of a few normal model aircraft clubs around the country who might be able to steer you to one of the drone racing clubs.
