BOI Feelfree Rewards?

    Hi I signed up for a BOI student account at the start of September. There was supposed to be a feelfree rewards scheme for setting up 365 online and doing 10 transactions in the first 2 rewards with 2 more rewards after that. I was supposed to be emailed a reward in November and am supposed to get another one in January. I haven't been sent any emails. I rang up in November and December and both reps said they would resolve the issues immediately. I also sent emails to 2 separate employees at the branch that I set up the account who didn't respond. Can you please get back to me and resolve the issue.
