I'd imagine the compliance officer might not allow him on the pitch after his punch tonight.

I think he'll be available for the game this weekend. The compliance officer is on holidays til January.

I hope he is available because thats what you need on the field for an Old Firm game, a hot head!! :pac:

He won't take it as Warburton was on TV yesterday saying there was nothing in it and it was a push and players push each other all the time. Even my wife said he was spouting shite

I'm sure the guy who tackled Halliday from behind will be up next.

Not too confident today, they're on a roll whereas we are stuttering!

How many away fans are allocated today? Just wondering.. seems like a sizeable contingent ..

Same percentage for both clubs I think, around the 8000 mark.

Sorry, didn't mean to be a smart ass in the reply. Came across that post at the wrong time! That stand holds 8K, so they got slightly less than that, I'd say.

No idea what Warburton said during half time but this is woeful.

    Entire team needs sorted out.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,839 ✭✭✭Jelle1880

That was coming since the equaliser, pretty much. This entire team is bang average.

Played well in the first half but we just haven't been at the races this half so far. The lack of intensity this half is hard to figure out. I thought we'd tear into them. Still in with a chance of getting something.

Forrester is such a greedy player, he should just square it to Dodoo and it's level.
Foderingham has stopped this from becoming a rout.

Fod and McKay were our best players. Still can't understand why we were so flat in the second half. They dominated that half. We have much work to do at the back, still. Played really well at times up front in the first half.

Watching that game it really was shocking how poor Rangers are at playing out from the back. They are trying to play out but I lost count of the number of times they passed it straight to a Celtic player which just invited pressure.

All that really seemed to change from 1st to 2nd half is Celtic pressed a bit more and Rangers couldn't get out. Some good football by both sides at times.

According to The Sun we've taken Jon Toral on loan until the end of the season. He's an Arsenal player who's been loaned out the last few years.
Toral played for Warburton at Brentford, is on loan at Granada at the moment and played for Birmingham last season where he was chosen as player of the year by both the fans and his team mates.

Also rumours we're going for Ali Crawford from Hamilton.

    Some other transfer news:

    - Emerson Hyndman is seemingly on loan from Bournemouth, just landed today in Glasgow
    - We're interested in getting Rushian Hepburn-Murphy, 18 year old Villa player who has refused to sign a new contract there so far.
    - We've contacted Saido Berahino :D who is on a Bosman at the end of the year.

I'd be wary of him. Looks like the Kiernan to Fulham move is dead in the water now, if it ever had life in the first place.

    https://rangers.co.uk/news/headlines/hyndman-joins-gers/

    Welcome to the club

RANGERS can today confirm the signing of Emerson Hyndman from AFC Bournemouth on a six month loan deal.

The USA international joins the Gers from the Premier League outfit for the remainder of the season after signing permanently for Eddie Howe’s side in the summer.

The 20-year-old has made three appearances for the Cherries this season, most recently in the weekend’s FA Cup tie against Milwall. His other appearances came in two EFL games.

Emerson joined the south coast side in the summer after his contract at Fulham expired. Despite numerous offers he elected to join up with Howe due to his playing philosophy.

Speaking at the time Emerson said: “There were a few clubs in the mix and stuff, but the manager here really explained what he wanted to do, both with Bournemouth and with me. He’s developed players from the lower leagues to the Premier League, which is a huge achievement, so I knew he was well respected for that.”

The Texan born midfielder signed for Fulham aged 15 in 2011 and eventually went on to sign a professional deal at the age of 17. He was an ever present as the London club made their way to the FA Youth Cup final in the 2013/14 season.

Three months after turning professional, Hyndman impressed enough to earn an improved deal with the club. He went on to make his first team debut at the age of 18 in the Championship, standing out with his sublime range of passing and comfort on the ball despite his tender age. He continued his development in the Cottagers first-team, clocking up 17 appearances last season.

His international career started in 2012, when he turned out for the USA under-17s side. Just two years later, after three appearances for Fulham, he was called up to the senior squad and made his debut against the Czech Republic.

To further aid his progression, in 2015 Hyndman was involved in the Under-20 FIFA World Cup and captained the United States side in New Zealand. He continued to catch the eye in the tournament, where the Americans lost on penalties in the quarter finals.

In May, Jurgen Klinsmann handed him his third cap for the USA first team, coming on in a 3-1 friendly win against Puerto Rica.

Curious to see what he can do. He best score 5 against RB Leipzig or he can f*ck back off to Bournemouth ;)

I have seen this lad play for Fulham in the Championship. Surprised that they let him go because he is a very good footballer, from what I saw of him; really good passer of the ball and he has a good engine. Could be a good acquisition for us.

And Toral loan signing has been confirmed.

Oh and Kieran's punch charge has been dismissed

Only just now recovered from Leipzig :pac:

Not the best performance, but the game wasn't the most important party anyway. 8000 Bears on tour, brilliant fun :D
