I've read that Irish Ferries are cancelling some of their sailings all their fast ferries as far as I can make out. I'm on the " slow ferry " anyone know the chances of that being cancelled or do they sail pretty much all the time?

I presume Stena Line have done the same due to the expected storm!

the "slow" ferry is the quick ferry in a blow. probbaly irish ferries planning ahead. the stena fast ferry is a monohull aswell so may not be as badly affected by the sea state as the swift but still wont be ploughing on at full speed

Does that mean it will sail?

Sorry I'm actually talking about Irish Ferries. As far as I know Stena are sailing ( probably because as you say they don't have fast ferrys anymore)

You're ferry will sail, up to and including in hurricane conditions. Enjoy...
