looking for Iodised table salt

    Is table salt sold in Ireland generally Iodised or not? There is no mention of it on the labels (e.g. on Saxa Table Salt).

    Not sure, but the salt in Lidl certainly is.

    Saxa isn't iodised either, remember an ADHD debate a few years back mentioning it for some reason!

    Also note the RDA vs the amount in the salt, some salts may as well have 0 iodine in them but claim to be iodised. Unless we plan on eating 1kg of salt per day :D
