Payment to old Credit Card

Hello, I made a payment from EBS Current account to an old BOI Corporate Card which no longer exists , I believe the funds have gone into a BOI Hold account, Is it possible to speak to someone to get them returned ? Who should I call or ask to speak to. Phil
