    Hi

I have family member relocating to Dublin from Belfast in couple weeks.

He is looking to open a back account and won't immediately have untility bills etc. Could you advise requirements for opening account, he is existing BOI customer in Belfast.

    Good Morning mbradso2003,

Thank you for your post here on Boards.ie.

Your family member can start the account opening process today over the phone by calling our New Accounts team on +3531 4044034. Once they arrive in Dublin, they can pop into the branch to complete this process. While some documentation maybe required, a representative over the phone will be happy to discuss this with them when they call. Our reps are available from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and from 10am to 6pm on Saturdays.

I hope this helps and if you need anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us again.

    Elaine
