    Hello. I am attempting to connect to the Web using a brand new Microsoft Lumia 650. Does this device download Internet settings automatically or is it necessary to connect to a computer to enable this?

    Your provider can send you an SMS that contains the settings to automatically import. Give customer care a ring.

    Alternatively, google "[Provider Name] APN Ireland" and away you go.
