Any views on Lovren and Capoue to Jones and Siggy for -4 (Other mids are Sanchez, Firmino, Pedro and Allen)?

No rest for the wicked this week. (-8) incoming

    Clyne - Francis

Frustrating is Clyne the potential is there but he was always first for money saving.

    Firmino - Eriksen

Liverpool lottery is crap now Coutinho isn't there. Going for Tottenham's nice two fixtures.

    Defoe - Costa

I don't care if he gets yellow anymore. Have to have him. The aul warhorse is sacrificed.

The alternative was a -4. Still Firmino to Eriksen but then Clyne to Rose. I just see Hull nicking a stupid goal against Spurs.

One of those nights where I'm up too late as i need to make a call. Keep looking a Swansea fixtures and thinking they don't scream goals. But whatever goals they get Siggy is involved.

Sick of the Liverpool bingo. Think players in teams with less goals but who are central to their play are a better bet, esp of 1m cheaper.

Firmino to Siggy and Nacho to origi or Carroll for -4 has to make sense doesnt it??
    Leaving...
    Hazard, Siggy, Sanchez, Snoddy
    Kane, Costa, Origo/Andy

I looked at a mental Ibra/Kane /Costa frontline too but its a stretch even for me.

I'd bank this week in your situation.

I'd bank this week in your situation.

So would I. I wouldn't be surprised to see a changed Liverpool line up on Wednesday, with Firmino back central.

Trying to get a good contingent of spurs and west ham players for the next two fixtures,
I have walker, ali, and kane from spurs
    Am getting payet,
I need your opinions on the carroll situation, is he likely to start?

The sensible thing to do is bank it alright ;)

With no strong front 8 Id say I at least want to get Nacho out. A 1 pointer there seems odds on.

    Heston
    Amat, Evans, Alonso
    Firmino, Pedro, Sanchez, Allen
    Defoe, Costa, Kane

    Pickford, Gibson, Holebas, Capoue

I am thinking about banking. Either that or Firmino/Allen to Siggy?

    2.5 mil in the bank.

If can is injured there aren't really any options to change. Do you think origi and firmino could swap starting positions.

Why are people getting rid of Pedro? Injury? did he not start today?

    He's not getting over 70 minutes ever. . .

    Austin - Carroll done

Wanted to rage transfer Firmino out yesterday evening too but couldn't find a alternative I liked.

Will wait to see if Lovern is a bad injury, he may also go for a -4

Firmino+Nacho+Pedro -> Zaha+Origi+Hazard may be an idea over several GWs...

Firmino has been absolute sh*te since Coutinho got injured. Any rationale for that?

Firmino has been put out to the left of the 3 to accommodate Origi.
It really does not suit him. I would have thought Origi would interchange a bit more but he has been out on the left all the time.
Worth considering what will happen to Firmino when Mane goes to ACON in January. He could be moved to the right of the three. He really needs to be down the middle.

Its definitely an option. In real life football Origi is scoring goals but disrupting Liverpools play. He can play as a wide player and Firmino is far more effective in the centre, so its a consideration.

They will both probably play but I'm not sure that I'd do a transfer that removed Firmino and brought in Origi (as was FHFCs proposal) as if anyone is dropped it will be Origi I'd imagine.

Looking at Firmino out for West Ham mid....is Antonio in better form than Payet these days?

Haven't seen a lot of them tbh but he seems to be a bigger goal threat.

If Carroll starts, Antonio could end up back as a wing back, was htinking of bringing him in but him not having a set position is a bit off putting

Typical Carroll...always getting in the way and making things awkward.

Actually just catching up on MOTD...Zaha looks to be on fire so might take a chance on him I reckon

    Pedro -> Eriksen

I may just wait till later to confirm that one. I have Kane in my team but I also wouldn't mind a West Ham player.

Yeah he could end up anywhere at this stage

I brought in origi but do agree it would be better for the team if they switched positions. The only other alternative I can see out of the current available squad is to bring in moreno and push milner into an attacking position with firmino central.

Forgetting about non FPL tactics for now, its still the case that for now Firmino is a pretty dud Fantasy asset as things stand. It seems unlikely that will change as Origi is scoring goals up front. Is holding Firmino not flogging a dead horse a bit, with the way the team is set up and likely to remain set up till Coutinho returns.

I personally think its to early to say about firmino. He is still playing in one of the advanced positions for a team that has scored 7 goals in coutinhos absence. Chances are he will be involved in at least 2 of the next 7 goals. I'd prefer him to be central but I think its to early to sell. He is nailed on for a team that scores a lot of goals. For me your team would want to be in great shape to be looking to sell him.

Do ye think is carroll likely to start the next few fixtures?
I'm thinking of getting him fits the prize range, although I already have origi! Risky?

With my 'Liverpool hat' on, I think there will be changes to the team on Wednesday (injuries permitting). It wouldn't be the biggest surprise to see Firmino moved central again.

I'm not saying it will happen, but if Origi wasn't scoring he would definitely be out of the team, as he isn't helping Liverpool in general play. The question for Klopp is can he drop a striker who has scored 4 in 4 to try and improve the overall team? Personally, I would but I'm not the Liverpool manager (probably just as well!)

IF Firmino goes back central, I'd definitely want him in my FF team (ahead of Eriksen, Payet or Alli for example), the thing is we just don't know.

Firmino and Pedro to Payet and Antonio???

    WEst Ham overkill?

    Mata and Austin out,
    Siggy and Origi in.

Is it crazy to take out Sanchez for KDB? I wanted to do Hazard to KDB but no good attacking options to replace Negredo for 5.9 to permit this transfer.
    Sanchez       eve, mci WBA, CRY
    KDB           WAT, ARS, hul, liv
    Hazard       sun, cry, BOU, STK

Am I mad to even consider taking out a must-have?

Cheers, and Busts too, for the top Liverpool advice. It has been a season too of players going nuts as soon as people give up on them.

Hazard, Sanchez, Lukaku all scored big after frustrating for a few weeks and being heavily sold.

As for my other problem....unless Pep says something to suggest he still has faith in Nacho vs Watford I will be highly likley to shift him for Carroll (who I really wanted anyway).

Bailly is going to the cup of nations after xmas so i reckon he'll stick with Jones and Rojo who are playing really well.
can see spurs giving hull a good hiding

Yes I'm now strongly considering Jones after next weekend
