Want to request new card , cancelled my old one a while ago

    Hi,

    A few months back I canceld my atm card as I lost it but at the time I didn't have the corect details with me to request a new one.
    I was wondering how I go about getting a new one now. This time I want to get a visa debit card instead of just the normal arm card.

    Thank you for contacting us here on Boards.ie.

    You can order a new card on your account via the Service desk on Banking 365 ‘Ask a question’ option.

    Alternatively you can call BOI Direct on 0818365365 & a representative will be happy to assist you.

    Representatives are available Monday-Friday 8am-Midnight, 9am-6pm weekends and bank holidays.
