Good a good laugh from Yakuza's young fella (9 yr old I think?) saying "Welcome back nevelator" when I was automatically revived after one of many blue orb incidents leaving him on his own during the confluxes

It was good fun, thanks for dragging my ass though that (I presume that's what you mean by Sherpa-ing??), I will treasure that 130 light machine gun for the ages. I think I picked up enough ascendant crap to level it up as well
I had a bit of a Homer Simpson moment about a year ago when I realised that my (then) eight year old could kick the living sh1t out of me at PvP. Even my six year old knows more about Minecraft than I ever will. **shuffles off, mumbling "youth of today, no respect"**
To be fair, I joined these boards in 1999 when I was a Quake player, I was still sh1t at PVP then.0 -

Hi all - just checking out the Kackis video on Oryx, he suggests exploding each bomb after each wave, rather than at the end (is that because his video is for normal mode; he doesn't mention knights at all?). I think I only had two bombs (some got eaten, I guess?) at front right last night at the end, so we didn't damage him enough
Would love to kill him at some point over the weekend (the complete-ist in me), but I'll probably let the youngfella take the controller. I'm happy enough just to see it done.0 -

At first people were running to get the bombs after each sequence but once Oryx challenge mode dropped (which required you to detonate 16 bombs at once) the single detonation method became the most popular. When you think about it, it is also the safest because people are only exposed once as opposed to 4 times so it makes since to do it this way.
It you want further details on the fight then have a look here, bear in mind this was an old method which took Touch of Malice as being a requirement but this was changed just prior to the launch of Rise of Iron but that really only affects the centre roles.
If everyonne has their sh1t together then it really only takes about 15mins to kill Oryx, I'll be on tonight and don't mind giving it a run.0 -
