Hi I'm just wondering something that I ordered from Amazon for the first time tonight. I just ordered a new Blazer as I have a big gathering to go next Saturday night. Now I picked the delivery to arrive within 3 to 5 working days (I paid for the extra delivery cost instead of free) but it's saying the estimate time to come is the 6th to the 8th of December which is after my event next Saturday which is the 3rd even though I paid for it to come quicker.

Should I be able to get it by next Saturday or should I go ahead and cancel it knowing it won't come until the dates I have been given?

Delivery dates are reliable for the UK, not really here.
