    This problem is wrecking my head!!! Tried to change my password but can't even do that. This isn't just a personal email I have used it for work for about 16 years - changing email address would be a nightmare

    My Android email app can still access my eir emails and is able to receive new mail. The webmail interface is still down for me though.

    I'm having the same issues as everyone else.   

    This is more than someone just having an overloaded mail box. 

    Even if Eir could let us know what is happening, it would help.

    seriously this is getting ridiculous, got it working for a little while yesterday, now its gone again, have tried logging in about 10 times, and nothing... I really don't have time for this.... please can you let us know what the problem is and when it will be fixed....

    On the other hand, my access to email via POP has suddenly started working again :S

    Lucky I didnt follow the expert advice to request an account upgrade, which apparently entailed all existing email being deleted from the sever

    I have had no problems until this morning & can't login & am getting the 502 error.
    No upate on your website since 22/11/16.
    Update: changed my password then couldn't login with password - tried old password & viola can log back in!!

    This is not acceptable. Technical issues happen but they don't take 3 days to fix. The silence from eir is deafening too.

    My email gone again. Had mail this morning, now gone for about the fourth time in last 3 or 4 days. This just seems to be ongoing and no answers. Going into webmail is just a joke, just a list of old mails going back months, spent an hour deleting them but still any new mails not showing

    I'm getting similar enough issues. I can't receive email(Mac Mail) it says "The server “webmail.eircom.net” refused to allow a connection on port 110". Was fine this morning. Though on occasion I do get "can't recognise certificate" errors, but they usually sort themselves out. 

    Many worry about Artificial Intelligence. I worry far more about Organic Idiocy.

    I have 5 e-mails with eircom.net I can neither send nor receive. It started with 1 of my e-mails but now none of them are working. This has been going on now for days. I have rung tech support twice and also e-mailed twice - no luck in sorting out my problems. Pamela, Tony, Stacey or Ciara can I please pm you all my details as I am not getting sorted out with tech support? Thanks
