    an account was opened in Bank of Ireland in the South and it was not used but statement received now with charges to the account, BOI said when opening account there would not be these charges due the person not living here but in the UK. 
    Seems they got it wrong or were just telling what they thought he wanted to hear.
    Want to close the account now as not off to a good start with this bank and want nothing more to do with them now
