    Hello,

My debit visa card with you has an expiry date of 12/16 on it, and while I'm sure a new card is coming my way, I am going on holidays for the rest of the year in two weeks time.

What is the estimated delivery for new bank cards when expiring, and if they are at the END of the expiry month, is there a way to get mine expedited so I can have it for holidays into 2017.

    Thanks.

    Hi blapabrew22,

Thank you for contacting us here on Boards.ie.

If your card is due to expire on the 12/16 this will mean your new card will be sent to you in the middle of December.

If you require a new card before this date you can call BOI Direct on 0818365365 and explain to a representative that you will be travelling and need the new card in advance.

Representatives are available Monday- Friday 8am-Midnight, 9am-6pm weekends and bank holidays.

Also to mention you can put travel notice on your account via the service desk on Banking 365 Online.

    Thanks,
    Tara C
