    Guys any suggestions for snag list in west dublin. Pls pm me thanks .
    Checked with one reputed company online and he didn't turn up on the day.

    Not sure what's the right home to this thread ..

    The problem with people providing snagging services is the costs associated with it.

    For example, do you want a local handy man that can spot problems and put them in word?
    Do you want a professional engineer, surveyor etc?
    Do you want a local builder to do it?

    If so, do you want them to be held responsible for missing anything?

    If so, then registered professionals will charge accordingly and that's usually around the 3-500 mark, and from experience, most won't pay this.

    It takes time to travel, do inspection, prepare report and then issue.

    Not having a dig at you OP, just something to consider.
