Yeah Aldo wants absolutely zero of McGregor so that wont be happening if he values his health.

Absolutely. My honest guess is the UFC will let Aldo fight Holloway for the interim, I don't see conor wanting to make that weight cut again and I dont think Aldo wants to fight him again after seeing that. I mean that was a mauling. The sound of those four punches that lead to the KO could be heard from the back I'd say. There was an echo of them...

Either way Aldo will lose v Holloway and it will eventually be a Holloway v mcgregor fight. The UFC will hope for that considering the added money of having a potential rematch either way.

I think theyre going to let khabib have a shot next. Just for the sake of it. It would be a huge achievement for Mcgregor to be the one to add the first L to his record and if he did it with a KO in anyway similar to the Alvarez or Aldo fight it would truly cement his claim to being the GOAT.

That would be plan A for the UFC. The highest earning draw and the best way to push the divisions in financially.

But honestly I'm going to take a guess and say that conor is going to take time off. He will claim he's earned it given what he's done, which no one can really deny him that. Even if they do strip him of the belt or belts, he can still claim to be champion. They will probably let him take time off and let Diaz have a crack at Khabib with the winner fighting for the title. Adds more hype because of the Diaz at 155 aspect and it makes good financial sense to sell that as its own separate main event to the Aldo Holloway fight.

Can't believe it all turned out this way. Perfect timing for everything really. What a time to be alive. The long 3-4 month wait (hopefully not longer) is going to be unbearable but at least there's going to be a huge payoff either way.

Sickened I didn't put money on Mcgregor :(:(:(

Ha, Conor had to borrow Woodley's belt for the second belt in the cage.

Joe Rogan should be ashamed of himself. The chap squeals over nobodies on fight pass.

    "OH!!"

    "HE'S Hurt!! "

His fight companion podcasts are almost un-listenable because of him creaming himself over the slightest thing.

Hardly a reaction to Conor KOing Eddie in devastating fashion.

People may say I'm nit-picking, but a color commentator is there to add to these historic moments. He sounded disinterested.

usually dont buy into this but between him creaming himself during the strawweight fight and his complete non reaction in the mcgregor fight it was very obvious tonight

Definitely starting to think there's some animosity there. This is a huge moment in UFC history. It objectively is a massive deal. His job is to sell it as so.

Genuine question, after that masterclass do people still think Khabib would dominate McGregor?
Seems like Khabib would shoot and McGregor would use range and reach to connect

Honestly in my opinion, Conor's takedown defence has improved a lot but I'm not sure if he could fight off a Kabib takedown attempt. If Conor can keep it on the feet, he'll butcher Kabib.

Dana must be drunk. Telling everyone he loves them.

khabib leaves his chin out too much, either he gets a td from the bell or gets rocked early and its a carbon copy of tonight

Ah lads. What a performance. Absolutely masterful. Made Eddie look so average. Eddie Alvarez is not an average fighter.

The belt fiasco is a complete farce from the UFC still cant believe they had to get Woodleys belt.

Dana pointed out Conor should have had the 145 belt himself. It's his fault not theirs.

Tyron really pushing for a red panty night in the Woodley household repeatedly talking about a fight with Conor.
