Let's be honest, Khabib would probably beat most welterweights too. He is terrifyingly strong. All he has to do is survive the standup and get the fight to the ground, and the latter is relatively easy for him to do.

Khabib is not very exciting but he's going to beat everyone in that weight class unless they can knock him out clean with a quick punch. Nobody can stop his takedowns. Even other really good wrestlers.
