    Hi
    My Daughter started a bank of Ireland account with her school in Portlaoise last year. She received her atm card however she has never (or its lost!!) received the account number for her account when making lodgements with the school bank they just had to give her name and class. She now needs her account number as her uncle wants to transfer her some money as a gift. How do we go about getting this.

    Thanks for your post here today. 

    If you're daughter has any statements or correspondence from Bank of Ireland relating to the account, she maybe able to locate her account number (IBAN and BIC) from these documents. If she is registered for 365Online or mobile banking, she'll also be able to locate these details online. For more information on how to do this please see here.

    Otherwise, please ask her to call our customer service team on 0818365365 with her card to hand and a representative will be happy to help her with this. Our team are available till 6pm this evening.
