    Hi.

    Just to share an experience I recently had at <Dublin dealer>
    Left my car in for a reverse camera retrofit. Told it takes 3-4hrs, ended up taking 3 times that leaving me without a car overnight. No courtesy car available even though 4-5 sitting in the showroom.
    Then to make matters worse damaged one of the interior panels and said it was already done before it arrived. ( this car is 2016 reg )

    Response now is to just ignore me.

    Total lack of customer service.

    Best avoided.:mad:
