MortgageSaver and CashBack Plus

    Folks,

    We are looking to open a savings account for a mortgage deposit. We have a lump sum already so the MortgageSaver account with the 10% top up seems like a great option.

    But the CashBack Plus offer is much more appealing (if we can get the sale completed and mortgage drawdown before 31st March 2017).

    Obviously you can't avail of both. If we completed sale before CashBack Plus ends could we avail of that offer or if our deposit is in a MortgageSaver account are we locked in to that offer?

    Yes you are correct in saying that you can't receive more that one of these offers. However when you draw down your 1st Time Buyer Mortgage and you qualify for more than one offer such as the Mortgagesaver Bonus or CashBack Plus, you will receive the offer that is of greatest value to you.
