    Sharon, I want to know about foreign currency loan in a mortgage, as I have just been offered a mortgage from BOI, but it comes with the caveat that because my loan will be borrowed in sterling (because I work in UK and paid in sterling) despite me paying loan in Euro my loan will go up if sterling looses more than 20% value.

    Can you clarify this for me please.
