Need to convert 2015 statement to Excel

I need to export PDF statements for 2015 to excel but it is coming up as password protected. Is there a way to remove this. As CSV export is not an option after Nov15

Thanks for getting in touch.

You can export the last 12 months transactions in CSV format on Banking 365 Online. Any transactions prior to this are available in PDF format.
