AIP in place, house booking deposit paid. what next?

    hi,
    I have BOI Mortgage approval in principal.
    I paid the house booking deposit for a house we liked.
    we are expecting house contracts from the estate agent soon.
    we have solicitor in place.

    i was told next is - loan offer letter.
    I have informed my advisor about the house address.
    when would we get this from BOI?

    what are the next steps from Bank documentation point of view.
