No one hails me, most just whistle at me. After that they frantically gesture for medical attention

Had the fun of getting my bag swabbed for traces of drugs after my travel partner put a mini can of coke in my bag, which set off the scanner.

Once was pulled aside on the return flight from England due to me forgetting I had a Wanted bullet on my keys. Had to be run through the GSR machine.

Was also told that it was to stay in the bottom of my bag in case I scare a granny and armed security descended upon me as a result :pac:

One thing you notice over in Belgium is there's a lot of army folks walking around, particularly when you're in the vicinity of the parliament and on a lot of the metro lines.

There is?. Is that a heightened state of security because of terrorism?

More or less, yeah. There was an attack in Belgium in the last year after all.

In other news, considering asking my ISP if some form of blood sacrifice would improve their service. Looking at 24 hours to download 2GB of a game on the PS4, it's a joke.

That is a bit of a joke now in fairness man. Have you got an ethernet cable?

I find connecting the PS4 to the router via the ethernet cable is the best job. My wifi isn't too bad but some days it can be as slow as hell...

Not too bad apart from the hoover nearly blowing up on me today  So now I have to go away and spend more money I don't have on a new hoover. I could get the land lord to get one but I'd be waiting til Christmas 2018 before he'd get it for us..

I'm sure you could get a cheap enough one somewhere. Try Argos maybe.

I'll be home from the 29th to the 2nd of November but don't really have any plans yet.
