    I assume you mean networks as providers, 3, Meteor, Vodafone? it should be 4th or 5th from the top, I think it's CELULAR.

    sorry yes network providers. I've clicked on celluar but there's no option to search for networks. it's just all bout data..

    Strange do you have a sim card in it?

    Where did you get the phone, maybe ebay from US/Canada, could it be is not a GSM phone but a CDMA used Verizon, Sprint, etc ?

    naw was bought in a phone shop in our local town. here in Ireland.

    Is the SIM card inside the phone or try another SIM in case it's faulty, but I think even if SIM card not in or faulty the option should be there but grey out.

    Another option would be do a factory Reset
