    Hello,
We have a mortgage with yourselves (it was originally an ICS Mortage) on a very good tracker rate. We hope to sell this house next year.

We have another mortgage with yourselves on the house we live in, which is currently on a fixed rate until Sept next year.

If we could align the sale and the time to revisit the terms on the other mortgage, would there be a possibility of transferring the tracker mortgage rate to other mortgage? Along the lines of this: https://personalbanking.bankofireland.com/borrow/mortgages/information/starter-tracker-for-mover/

Although I don't know if it would apply to us, because we have already moved.

    Hi Helgaward

Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.

Although we're unable to give a direct answer here, we would be happy for a Mortgage Advisor to give you a call to discuss further or you may prefer an appointment to discuss this?

If you could send us a private message with your full name, Branch your mortgage is with and a contact number, please be careful not to send any account details for security reasons.

    Many Thanks
    Alison
