Just be aware he might not be nailed. They're benching their 20m man Imbula for some reason and he could displace Cameron at DM. Although Cameron started over Pieters at LB in the match before that. Glen Johnson would tempt me if Stoke show any solidity. Although now I have super Lee Grant to rotate with Pickford :D

Johnson really should have scored at the weekend

Took a -4 last night. Baines to Holebas and Cazorla to Sanchez.

It was the middle of last season before Sanchez destroyed Ozil in terms of points from GW30 on. Cazorla hurts Ozil's points since he's stealing set pieces and Giroud is also better for Ozil's points. Not a bad option, but I think a Liverpool mid is better around that price point

Not been overly impressed with Ozil(in fpl terms), he was pretty lucky to score against Chelsea and is usually the one to start attacks off but not finish them off. Too expensive for inconistent returns.

I knew Imbula was being benched. Was reading a few articles enthusing about Cameron in the holding role though. He played 90 in the last 4 games either in the back 4 or midfield.

Bit of a late night 'feckit' move but better than a non playing def for now.

I'm tempted now to do Walker to Cameron and do Townsend to Mata or Son for a -4...and I just did my wildcard :o

In France we called him "Imboulard". "Boulard" aka "avoir le boulard" or "avoir le melon" means to have a ridiculously over-inflated ego. Basically the guy thinks he's Iniesta when in reality he's not even Gareth Barry :pac:...

£20m for him was just pure madness.

Just as a comparison, he's not done a third of what Capoue did in L1. And Capoue did it with Toulouse (a much weaker team than Marseille). And in Porto he was warming the bench...

Now I don't know how good or bad Cameron is but Imbula is not a good player, that's for sure.

Very tempted to upgrade Ozil to Sanchez myself but could really do with the extra cash elsewhere.

Was hoping Ozil might pick up having got a goal at the weekend and with Giroud back it might help his assist rate. Is it madness holding out when everyone seems to be going for Sanchez?

I did Ozil to Sanchez and Baines to Holebas last night before price rise for a -4.
Think Sanchez will easily outscore Ozil over their good run of games coming up.

I'll not have a bad word said about Gareth Barry.

I still remember fondly captaining him in a DGW during his Man City days as a differential and he only went and scored.

He's okay in my book. :D

Can't see Giroud starting many league games now that Wenger is intent on turning Sanchez into a CF and he's performing well there. Also the stats show that in the past, Sanchez has performed better when Giroud isn't playing. With the fixtures Arsenal have coming up, Sanchez could easily rack up a few double digit scores. He's a far better option right now than Ozil imo.

I meant no offense to Barry. He's a decent defensive midfielder who made it to the England team. But he's not world class and he's nothing special.

On the other hand, Imbula's so big headed that he thinks he's special. He's not. And if he makes a career like Gareth Barry one it'll already be a huge achievement for him!

Good chance he'll drop by Friday nights game, .1 profit to be gained before then personally.

What you do with the original Lucashood?
Is he gone same way as Jaxteller? :-)

I just like getting attachments to random cheap players haven't had anyone peak my interest this year other than Jordi Amat.

I hope some day he'll be mentioned in the same breadth as; Barry, Georgie Boyd, Andre Bikey, Stephen Taylor, Michael Dawson, Stephane Sessanyon, James Chester, Kyle Bartley, Cedric and the co-winners of my player of the season last year; Damien Delaney and James Collins.

    James Collins
You must never speak his name again
    3 games
    Zero points
Last time I got him he got injured in the first game
    NEVER AGAIN

    Zlatan + Aguero + Sanchez.

    Ranking:

    Overall: ~11,100

Needless to say, my team is pretty neat.

    Team value: £100.2

Might sell Negredo this week. Thoughts?

Thoughts on getting a premium Arsenal defender?

    I'm looking at Monreal.

Will leave me with 0.4 ITB.

Arsenal next 3 fixtures : Swansea/Middlesboro both at home. Then away to Sunderland.

another good chance of a cs for them. I got cech on my wildcard for this run of fixtures.

I'm unsure weather to take a hit on points or use an all out attack leaving me with

    Forster

    Valencia - Williams

    Snodgrass-Capoue-Sanchez-Chadli-Holdjberg

    Ibra - Costa - Aguero

I wouldn't use the All out Attack chip just to play Hoijberg. He has very little attacking threat and they're away to Leicester

Id take the hit you would expect it to pay off over the next 4 gws. Williams away at city and valencia away at liverpool the gw after so you may need another defensive transfer then or could be a better week for aoa as southampton are home to burnley.

All depends On Baines really and with the Friday evening ko should hopefully know by Thursday
If he is fit I'll have Valencia himself and Kone all with good home games . Collins can drink out my bench with Amat and I'll take a -4 to tidy it up after int break with Valencia Collins and possibly benteke going
    BUT
If Baines is not fit for sure I'll have to sell either himself or Collins
    Or both !
I'd rather he was fit and I'll bank it
Plan from WC gw4 was to bench boost this week whilst I had 2 playing keepers and all playing subs but prob won't now either way

Gray to Austin done. Wish I did it last week could have saved myself a transfer and be 8 pts better off.

Bloody fantasy football i should be thinking about being back in college in the morning but instead trying figure out who to get in for Hazard :pac:

Right so i have 0.1 in the bank 1 free transfer and i dunno weather to give Hazard one more chance with Hull and then have two free transfers next week or replace him now?

One way or another i cant afford Sanchez and i dont want to get rid of Ibra because i think he has been fairly lively every game ive seen him and was unlucky not to grab a fair few more points last day.

The problem is Hazard and Ibra look like dropping in value even more so if i keep them they really need to deliver.........

    Stress :pac:

Aguero is price protected until 9pm Thursday night.
Any chance he will rise then on Thursday night before the Friday deadline?
I'm tempted to just swap him with Ibra as he has a far better fixture, then swap back maybe during the International break.

Sounds like 2 wasted transfers but if Zlatan hits a hat-trick against Stoke which he may very well do, then it could be very shrewd.

I'll put it out there now - I'm predicting a 0-0 at old Trafford this weekend.

Edit - like everybody else and their dog I did KDB to Sanchez before the rise.

Baines will be gone the week after. I'm really unhappy with my WC so far.
