    Foster/Jaku (lost place)
    Baines (inj)
    Collins (dont ask)
    McAuley (Pulisball fail)
    Love + Kone (-91.8 fpls)

    Need some advice.
    Have 1m in bank.
Looking at Arsenals fixtures I really want a def but they are too expensive too shoehorn in. Cech for Foster maybe?

What about Watford who are their starters?
Crap didn't realise Kone was so close to a drop
    That's annoying
I also have Baines and Collins !
Valencia too and he will have to go soon
Great thanks ill do just that :P

    We're in similar position then.
Hopefully Baines will be ok by Friday.
Yeah cant afford the Kone drop so thinking about doing something today although I loathe early transfers.

Would love to get Kos in but only way i can do that is Kone/Collins to Kos/Amat?

    Alternative is Foster/Kone to Cech/Holebas.

I'm going to bank this week and get Kos in for Valencia the following week
I've .2 in the bank so will need to raise a bit of cash with a second transfer
Need to look at heatons fixtures and may consider selling foster for grant/Pickford
Would like to do Collins to smith as well though at some stage

Id probably get rid of Collins aswell. gonna keep an open mind and see how they do today at 4. If he doesn't play or looks awful again im downgrading him to Amat who can't possibly be any worse.

Burnley 3 of next 4 at home anyway.
Watfords fixtures are tempting me too.
Gonna watch that closely tomorrow night.

Everyones defence is in a shambles.
There has not been that many clean sheets. 4 max per gameweek.
Previous years there has been already 1 gameweek when nearly every team blanks. On these occasions it has been the defenders who have made the difference.
As someone posted on the gameweek forum, this year has been a lot more attack focused. Some teams are scoring when they only had a few clean cut chances in a game. I think its great :P

There is no clean cut formula for picking a team yet and while it is frustrating, it means that peoples teams are a lot different.

The Baines injury is not too bad - should be back for the next game. Though, I got rid of him as he is not getting forward enough this year.

Can see McAuley getting returns. Swapped Evans to him in the wildcard. While Evans will get more BPs when they get a cleanie, McAuley has a better attacking threat. Have a bit of patience, when thing settle down the Pullisball effect will come good. Usually doesn't happen till xmas anyway. (although they have hard fixtures in the next 5)

Love was a great prospect when he joined but doesn't seem to have done anything. Really thought Moyes was going to set them up really defensively. Again, Sunderland only perform defensively towards the end of the year.

Collins may yet force his way back onto the team. I got him in on the game he did really bad on and got rid of him after - sorry

Long post but I would never take a hit to change a defender/keeper. Indeed I would only transfer one if I had no other transfer to make in a gameweek.

    FYI: my defence is:
    Heaton (4.5)/Given (4.5)
    Smith (4.5), Walker (5.6), Kos (6.0), McAuley (4.7), Amat (4.0)
33.8 million spent on defence - probably too much :P

Is Antonio to Lallana a good shout?

Same price of 7.2m I believe and those Pool fixtures are tempting. After they play Man Utd, they have a road of very nice fixtures.

Should I pull the trigger now or wait till after the Liverpool vs Man Utd game. I'm worried about a price rise, especially since Pool play Swansea next.

Redmond to Mané. 3 Southampton goals and nothing from him.

You have some time. Lallana rose last night. We have European football midweek.

I've taken a 4 point hit to get Austin and Sanchez in for Hazard and Negredo. First hit of the season. I figured it would be worth it due to prices changes that will probably happen to all four plus Hazard and Negredo haven't looked like doing anything for a while.

No but other teams do. If one of his players gets injured midweek it will change his transfer plans.

West Ham seem to have been pretty abject today.

I had planned on doing Caz to Sanchez for -4 this week combined with Costa to Rashford. Swear to god I made the moves 3 or 4 times last week when tinkering around. But somehow I'm now 0.2 short. I'm losing my marbles this year.

So. The question for yis is..

    A) Do I ship Payet to Alexis?
Pros. Keep Cazorla who looked good yesterday for another game or 2. They are surely due a penalty soon too! Would free up cash for maybe an arsenal def too.
Cons. Payet has MID, cry, SUN. But was not at the races today and WHU getting a bit toxic.

    B) Or do I go to -8 and free up some cash from my defence. Probably Baines out. And do Sanchez for Caz. My defence like most is in a mess. And as no defence (apart from Arsenal) look worth it I'm largely gonna ignore it unless I need to release value, or an opportunity for a good odds hit emerges.

Sanchez in incoming no matter what.

    So anyone considering Walcott?

Admittedly I haven't seen a full Arsenal match this season so will be easily dissuaded.

I'd cash in on defence to free cash amd get Sanchez in for the - 8.

More cash going forward for midfield and frontline issues is always good.

    Option B I'd go with.

Thinking myself of going Ozil to Sanchez and Valencia to 4.5 defender. Can't go on with Sanchez fear.

Yeah but hard to lose Valencia ahead of Stoke at home for -4. Hard to see a good defender hit really. Probably Baines to Holebas.

Valencia to Arsenal def maybe for GW8

I smell a few -4s in my next few GWs to pull this back in shape.

Baines home to Palace isn't a bad fixture either (if fit) and has more attacking potential being on pens

What's the low down on Watford defence?
Nice fixtures coming up and need to ship out kone and Collins.

Transferred Mig for Boruc as The Cherries have a lovely set of fixtures coming up.

West Ham were terrible overall but Payet was quite dangerous second half. Had a good look at goal but put it wide and played a couple of dangerous balls across the middle. Worrying that when Feghouli came on he took the right sided corners and free kicks.
My stance on Cazorla hasn't changed :p. Don't think he touched the ball in the box yesterday during a dominant 3-0 win. Will only score points from set pieces since I don’t see the one 20 yard chancer a match going in

I'm lining him up for the gw after the international break. I reckon Sanchez is going to be arsenals striker for the year so it helps Walcott's chances of starting.

Lamela out for Son seems like the logical move?

Surely he is undroppable on current form....hard to know with bloody spurs though

Thinking about taking out Stone and bringing him in

Have 5.0m to buy a defender but there aren't any options jumping out. Was actually thinking of Stones - you don't think City will tighten up? The have some decent fixtures on the horizon.

The way city attack, they are bound to concede at the back, I would steer clear ATM.
