i'm having a problem with my old games, they seem to run at around 200+ fps, anyone know of decent ways to slow performance, i'm using a sound emulator so the built in feature in windows won't work, the emulator has to be run from the command line

i'm using win2k if thats a help, also ive tried moslo which works well for around 20 seconds then crashes the comp, and cpu killer which was just horrible

my apologies if this topic comes up alot
