Release of funds from mortgage contract term

    Hi,

    I took a mortgage with BOI 6 months ago and one of the conditions was the bank would hold 5k from the draw down until some cosmetic works are done on the property. I had to pay this and it would be returned when the works were complete. I now have everything complete so I'm just wondering who I would contact to inspect the property so the funds will  be released?
