Another sleepy Sunday methinks Grem, although I got up early and flew to my favourite javahouse for 6AM opening. Not sure why, but woke up for no particular reason and didn't fight it. :pac:

I used to fight waking up in the middle of the night, then tossed and turned, exhausted in the morning. Now I don't fight it, rather I get up and do something, and when I get the sleepies, I then hit the pillow. When I do this, oddly, I am not tired in the morning before work.

Well, one thing that probably woke me early this Sunday morning was the spaghetti for late lunch early dinner Saturday that I made, and my flatmate and I ate way too much! We watched spooky films on the telly after, and I woke up early after having wild dreams. No, the Spaghetti Monster was not chasing me, but I'll have to swim extra laps today in the pool to work off the pasta.

Lucky I didn't have company, as I probably would have attacked them in my sleep! I rarely eat so much, but last might we pigged out.
