    Hi admin my friend transferred money to my AIB account on Saturday at 1pm but he money still hasn't arrived into my account. I am really worried as I am in Asia and am depending on that money before 3 a.m Irish time tomorrow morning. I have read it will take 1 working day but need to know for sure when it should arrive. Thanks for your time

    Thank you for getting in contact with us here on Boards.ie. 

    A transfer from a BOI account to an AIB account will indeed take one full working day. Cut off times do apply and if a transfer is requested before 3.30pm on a working day, it will be received the following day to the recipient bank. As the transfer was made on a Saturday (non-working day), this will be received to AIB tomorrow. The processing time of this credit will depend on the recipient bank however, generally it should be there after 9am on Tuesday.
