Hello, I am in the US and having a problem with my hotel and payments. To make a long story short, I am waiting for funds they had on hold to be released back into my account. The hotel has said they released the funds, but no sign of them in my account. How long does this normally take?

The removal of a pre authorisation is requested by the retailer through their processing bank and the time frame for the lift of this hold is determined by the processing bank. It can take 3 to 5 working days however, we would hope that this would be sooner.
