removing closed accounts from online banking

How do i remove closed accounts from my banking 365? I've tried to use phone banking but its near impossible to get through to a real person, with all the press this number for this and that number for something else, while no option matches what i want to do.

If you wish to remove an account from your Banking 365 Online profile, please submit a query through 'Online Service Desk' and 'Ask a Question' including the last 4 digits of the account number you wish to remove and a rep will be happy to help you.
