I meant it was free on PS Plus (at least on PS3) before, maybe a year ago

Yup, just checked it there, I'm away for the weekend and thought I'd be able to "buy" it on the mobile app while it's free.

In a slight reference to last nights quick recognition of Mr Freddie Mercury's 70th Birthday the other day, how is it David Bowie can go from this A-Capella version of Under Pressure in 1982

to THIS A-Capella version of Dancing in the Street in 1985? The mind Boggles

You can really hear the difference in his voice, his throat must have taken so much damage over the years, I guess he should have stayed off the fags.

So much I could respond to this but alas if I did I'd have to ban myself :P

What's the end game like? I'm flying through it at the moment and currently on Act III. What happens when I finish the story? Go online and get trounced by Diablo no-lifers? Took me ages to understand the Paragon thing.

No, you basically can run rifts and defeat bosses for better gear and they can get really difficult etc.

Basically, the end game is running Rifts and Greater Rifts, in the never ending search for better loot. Diablo is the master of getting your hopes up by dropping those Legendary and Ancient Legendary items, only for them to be below what you already have. The online co-op is riddled with dupes, so you need to weigh that side of things up before jumping in, as you will probably end up getting a serious amount of dupes and hacked items from randoms which pretty much ruin the endgame. If your going online co-op on console it's best to try go in with folks you know.

The PC version has Seasons and ladders with unique items to strive for each season. The very nature of consoles and the aforementioned hacking and duping rule out seasons and ladders, which is a shame really.

Diablo on console is really geared towards couch/online co-op with mates. It's a fantastic game and works really well with controllers (but you kknow that already)

Duped/Hacked gear is fun at times too when your just messing about. I have a full Wizard set and DH set that wreck most things but I have legit chars aswell.

But your Paragon level would fly up to ridiculous levels. On PC my Paragon is only 236 or there abouts, but there are folks up at 6/7 k, due to previous exploits (Yeah PC has/had them too), there are also lads who just play it religiously and have more respectable lvls of around 2/3k.

I can't send messages on the PS App.

Anyway, I won't be online for BL2 today (music) or tomorrow (football)

It all depends, I was legit playing it for 6+ months and got to over 1k paragon level. I can deactivate the XP boost on the builds too.

    Downloaded Overwatch
    Intro Hilarious
    Tutorial Good
Started game and thought "I can't do this"
Too many MP games on the go.
Subsequently played Modern Warfare 2 and a little piece of me died

I played some of the beta and a tiny bit at the weekend, It's a good game, I just don't think of it as a full price game for some reason...

The kids got it on PC a while ago and my 15 yr old "may aswell be niece" is mental about it and constantly asking me to play it with her, she has T-shirts, hoodies the works.... :)

There isn't much room in my life for many FPS games usually, unless it's Destiny or BF obviously, I was in a mate's Saturday morning watching him play BOPS 3, re emphasised to myself just why I'm not into twitchy shooting games like CoD...

Then again I loved No Man Sky, so I'm obviously a freak... :)

Finished watching Stranger Things last night. Absolutely brilliant piece of TV. This is yet another feather in Netflix's cap.

Story is fantastic, very Stephen King-esque. Setting it in the 80's they needed to get the feeling of the 80's spot on and they nailed it. The music for the opening credits? Brilliant. Real Synthesizer heaven. (Reminded me a little bit of the music used in Tron).

The adult cast where great, with Winona Ryder giving a fantastic performance. If her career needed a shot in the arm after the trouble she was going through a few years ago, this is it and more. But the show hangs on the performances of it's youngest stars, and they do not disappoint. Each and every one them are brilliant. Whenever they where on screen, they owned it.

Really looking forward to Season 2.

While I look forward to season 2 - I do kind of feel its a show that didn't need a second season. I would have liked that to be a self contained story - or if they wanted another season of it do it like the cloverfield 'sequel' where it is just a similar kind of take, but not a continuation of the same story/universe.
