Want to query a transaction on my account which was in Sterling

Hi there, I have a transaction on my account for 79GBP and I just wanted to check how best to query it. I really cant remember making this transaction, it appeared on my account 2 weeks ago. Thx again, Michael.

To query a transaction you can send a request via the Service Desk while logged into 365Online. Just choose the option for 'Ask a Question' and one of our reps will get back to you as soon as possible.

Alternatively, you can call our customer service team directly on 0818 365 365 / + 35314044000.
