Charged twice

    Hi, i got 50 euro cash back as well as spending 10 euro (so 60 in total) but it came out twice in my account. I am just wondering do i get in contact with the bank or the shop that the transaction took place in? Thanking you.

    Both, the shop might claim they actually gave you what is on the receipt... do you have the receipt?
    It should have shown up at the end of their shift.

    When a transaction is showing twice on your account, it should generally automatically adjust itself over night. If you'd like to check online today and let us know.
