    It's been a good day today, had a meal out to celebrate 6 years in apartment, did some work, got my desk/keyboard and watched casualty (which was so dramatic!)

    sorry to hear that :( hope it's eased for you :) Yeah will probably take it easy tomorrow, get caught up on TV and prepare for the next week ahead (don't know where time is going!)..

    Ah cool :) yeah it was their 30th anniversary (plus a character on the show) so was on for longer than an hour. Looking forward to seeing next weeks now :)

    I'm not too bad thanks :) yeah I seem to be so far, been a mix of productive and relaxing. Glad to say that my neck and shoulder pain/discomfort has gone during the week, not to sure what I did but very glad it's back to normal
