    9:30am . Seattle. Another beautiful day. 26 degs. We have a flat on the top floor, flat roof and south facing so it boils in here. Fans are all on to keep it from getting too hot later. We have three fans in the living room and one in each bedroom.

    Just in from a Wake. Hate to see people truly grieving. Feel so sorry for them but they can ultimately only get through that grief themselves. They can be supported/distracted but they must walk that path sometime.

    On my couch physically tired after hectic meetings this morning and so much travelling over the past few days, emotionally drained and wrung out after the wake and funeral over the last few days.
    Thank God for the distraction of kids and their demands.
