Money lodged to closed account

Would it have still somehow been lodged? Do I need to contact someone directly about it in the old bank?

Thanks for getting touch with us here on Boards.ie. Funds which are transferred to a closed account can take up to 5 working days to be returned to your account. You should check with the bank directly though and someone can confirm the account was closed. You can do this by calling BOI Direct on 0818365365.
