What do you reckon the gravity is here? This is the fourth kit I've made and I don't think the other ones had a head at this stage. It's a DIPA kit [Evil dog]. I started it on the 8th and because there was lots of bubbling action I've only added the hops now and plan to bottle on Friday. Is anything going wrong?
