Son of a Bun: FSAI closure

Son of a Bun has been hit with a closure order by the FSAI for structural issues and the presence of VTEC E.coli in staff. Why do people think that pink minced steak is safe??? It's ludicrous that people think that mincemeat can be cooked rare or even medium

ok, I think enough has been said on this topic and since son of a bun is now reopened there isn't much point in keeping this open, especially when people are just going off the point now. I'm closing it.
