Ive gotten rid of him, lot of unrest at Palace at the moment. Big player (cant remember his name) moved to Villa, I expected Palace to do well at the start of the season until they are near safe and then drop off as per Padrew's normal form. My plan was to buy Townsend and swap him for cheaper Cabaye when hes rested after the Euros.

Jedinak left for Villa. Fans weren't happy as he was a good performer in the past and club captain.

    Ibra is killing me so...

    Vardy to Ibra
    VVD to Amat

Off to Espanol on Tuesday for a week so might as well make the transfers now even with the midweek games.

How have I found myself as the only person in the entire world currently retaining Vardy considering my belligerence in not owning him last season :pac:

If I sell it's for Team value having already lost 0.1.

Decided to get in early before prices go up again:

    OUT Kane IN Ibra
    OUT Xhaka IN Capoue

Needed the second one to make the first work. Would have been just shy of the ton this week if I'd had Ibra in already. Don't know why I thought he'd take a little while to settle. :pac:

Did Vardy and Routledge out for Gray and Barkley. Was tempted by Negredo and Sterling as well. Have 0.8m in the bank for next week. Had planned on playing the wildcard during the international break, but have had a great start so will probably leave it.

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

I had a similar experience owning Michu the season after he was essential, that ended well for both me and Michu.
    No wait....

Keeping Tadic,at home to Sunderland who look awful.Lamela in as my Spurs cover, not worried about Liverpool cover when the likes of Coutinho shoot from 30 yards every five minutes.
Rondon in for Gray might have been a rash decision as I completely blanked on Benteke despite telling myself to get him in,time will tell (1 gw maybe)

Made 2 transfers after Friday Night Football, so I took a 4 point hit.

Got rid of Sanchez and Costa; brought in Coutinho and Ibra.

I'm with you Mr P, I know there are huge scores on here but not going to panic 59 today and 57 last week about 1.5m place higher than this time last year. My move would be Mata/Ibra in for Mahrez/Vardy for -4 with Swansea at home vs Hull away going to hang on and watch for a possible differential behind pathetic couch.

    I dunno Pat.

While Vardez could well come good in those fixtures it's ever bit possible that Ibra (with Mata) will do just as good.

And there's more chance of Leicester stumbling through the next few weeks then United who look like a completely transformed outfit compared to the last 2 seasons

Plus it could cost him half a million. Its already cost 0.2 and Ibra will probably go up twice more this week with Vardy going down at least once.

Negredo rising again tonight ? Was hoping to have time to think about the following for longer
Gray to negredo and deulafou to Bolasie
    What ye think ?
Everton have good fixtures and Bolasie is .5 cheaper and one would assume will come into team next week ?
Oh hold on ......there are league cup games for a fair few prem teams this week ......

Looking at Evertons good upcoming fixtures....he can tend to be a streaky player but I'm thinking of bringing in Mirallas,he's in great form.

Tough one for you. Everton midweek could give you an indicator. I'd go for it.
I'll probably bring in Bolasie for Gradel tonight.
    I've also been considering Barry.:o

2 FTs for next week. Have gone Gray to Negredo and Payet to Redmond

What about the other move ?
    Negredo to gray
If I'm not doing that I can sit tight

2 ft done. Mahrez and Firmino out, Hazard and Barkley in.
Could easily see myself bringing Firmino back in couple of weeks, but at the moment with no returns and probably gonna drop in price again this week, was an easy enough decision.
Stones, Kone and Tadic, who I'm still hoping will come good, get a reprieve for at least another week.

I want to keep him out of stubbornness but I don't really see him doing half as well as last season, I'll definitely have to get rid of Mahrez. I should bring in Ibra but I'm tempted by my boy Giroud

I only want to keep Vardy for Swansea because it's Swansea who conceded two to Hull where Hernandez ran their defence ragged later in the game. Long term he's gone.

I've had the two big boys since the start so that's not a concern but losing money because people didn't have Zlatan and Kun to begin with is annoying :pac:

Had two free transfers and moved Vardy and Sanchez out for Ibrahimovich and Barkley. Ideally would have liked to tidy up my defence a little instead, but really couldn't afford to be going without Ibra for another week.

Can picture it now, Mr. P in his old age, rocking back and forth, repeating over and over 'should have sold Vardy' with odd mutterings of Pva and spacecrafts

Surely with mahrez on penalties getting rid of vardy should be first

I thought you were doing Negredo in and needed the second transfer to fund it!

Yes that is what I was looking at alright
But is it a good move ?
I'm just back from Croke park after coming home from Old Trafford so my head is fried :D
I think I'll just let negredo rise and wait till after league cup games
I do want an Everton mid though and can't get Barkley in yet. Mirallas straight swap does not allow the other move

Ah. I was saying I'd chasee the TV.
Rolling a transfer could really help though.:o

In theory but last season my players missed more pens than they scored, so it's not the be all and end all (imo). Getting rid of Mahrez frees up funds for Hazard

Had a look at your team and I think you should hold.
Don't underestimate how useful it could be to save a transfer before the int. break. Nice start.
